March 16th bid for $190 million (http://www.ideltech.com/news.htm) dollars cash, and approximately $44 million in overseas stocks.
May 6th bid $316 million (http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=4200) or else!
The lawfirm LL&L (http://www.landau-luckman-lake.com/) has been contracted to deal with these threats.
NOTE: Elias had sent us a file to store on our "secure" site on behalf of Marcus (who doesn't know we helped Elias, so best not to mention it to him or we'll lose any further intel from Elias), which contained a conversation of Ms. Church threatening Sandy (?). We know her first name is Alecia from the name of the mpg file. (Sauceykat)

She has had contact with several characters including Marcus, Steve Lake and Sandy Martin. She is dangerous and wants to take over Ideltech according to Marcus and Steve. She is creating a spy network at Ideltech and she is using the Phoenix to help her.
