Melody's poem and love life

Melody gives us a little puzzle in a poem of anagramaitiazed lines. Finally solved, it doesn't seem to lead to any pages, just a comment on the two main men in her life, Thad and Marcus. She goes to a movie with Thad but no kiss goodnight.

Marcus continues his blog and mentions again that Melody's new romance with Thad bothers him.

Landau, Luckman and Lake and takeover threats Ideltech hires a prominent law firm - Landau, Luckman and Lake, known affectionately as L3,to help fight the takeover threats coming from an unknown company. These takeover demands have been reported on the Ideltech News part of the site and we get some inside information from Elias(see the sectio about him below). A woman is heard threatening that Tobi is either sold or the money will be spent to ruin Ideltech. We chat with Stephen Lake of the firm, which became known as L3 when it appeared in the game Acheron. He is basically a screen for Marcus who is getting annoyed with all the IMs asking him questions about the takeover.

Later we get more information, we need to find the great-great grandfather of Alecia Church, who has a puritan background. When we do we will find out more! Goodie!

Background explanation: When Ideltech obtained their grant from the Department of Defense they executed some sort of non-disclosure agreement which prevents Ideltech from revealing any information regarding potential purchasers of TOBI. This agreement is also binding on L3,as L3 is acting as a representative of Ideltech.

Elias Grodin: designated driver gets a job and sends us some tapes As he suggested earlier in his blog, Marcus hires Elias to work in security at the new building in Aloha. Marcus has trouble finding stuff for Elias to do [ok, i know this summary is supposed to avoid speculation, but does this whole Elias character/story sound suspect to you too?] Happily for us, who are constantly thirsting for new information, Elias needs help doing the tasks Marcus gives him and ends up passing on to us a total of three tape recordings. We hear Marcus and Melody and, surprisingly, the tape of a woman (identified as Alecia Church on the file)disussed above.

Marcus buys masks Marcus is buying stuff from the Ebay site we were directed to in the article about Clarence Houston. Mostly these are masks of various tribes around the world and Marcus discusses them a little.

Krystal and Nash talk On Monther's Day in the United States, which tends to be a quiet day for most things except restaurants and phone companies, Krystal and Nash explain more about her kidnapping in two chats. This seems to be the end of this part of the pre-game story.
