Sir or madam, I am privately investigating a kidnapping. A man that goes by the alias Joseph Palser, as well as a great many other names, has kidnapped a woman and taken her across state lines. The assumption is he is taking her to Phoenix, Arizona. He may have rented or stolen a vehicle from your company. This man has a counterfeit licence from Washington state with the identification number PALSEJM272L9.
While I realize most of your records are confidential, any help that you can provide would be a great benefit to the case and the safe retreival of this woman. Thank you, Brian
